Ensuring your dog has the best boarding care is important to us. Our runs are equipped with trampoline beds, blankets and are tended to twice a day, 7 days a week. We feed Royal Canin premium food. Dogs are exercised individually or with their family members in a large yard and played with daily by our caring staff. Jackets can be provided for colder months and ice bricks and water play in the hotter weather.

All our boarders receive TLC in excess with plenty of love and cuddles to go around.
We offer a secure, happy and loving environment with large spacious runs.
We use premium food (Royal Canin) for all dog staying with us. If your dog is fussy or has special diet requirements we can feed food provided by you at no extra charge.

We are able to administer any medications or treatments. Any medications should be provided with clear instructions for their administration. Please note that extra charges apply for more involved treatments.
We are open 6 days for drop-off and pick-up (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and you are welcome to visit our facilities before booking. Please contact us at (02) 4362 1644 to arrange a visit.

Does my dog need anything before boarding?
All dogs must be up-to-date with their vaccinations against distemper parvovirus hepatitis and Kennel cough, worming and flea treatment. If needed these can be arranged through the clinic by calling (02) 4362 1644. If your dogs vaccination was administered elsewhere we will require a vaccination certificate.

Do you offer is stay services?
We also offer other services like hydrobathing and grooming.

Do you provide food?
Yes, we provide all meals and generally use Royal Canin. We also have plenty of tasty treats for our fussy visitors.
